Sometimes we have to go through emotional pain in order to heal. Sometimes we come across new information we have become aware of that triggers a painful old weed that has been sitting in the back of our mind for a long time. When we discover it, it hurts us very much. We think that pain is bad for us because we feel so bad, Sometimes, this is part of healing. We have to pass through that stage in order to be able to move forward and make a positive change in our lives. Therfore, this week learn to welcome this pain as a friend that comes to visit for a while and than leaves. Emotional pain in most case is only temporary.
